Dudek Apartments

We are proud to present our latest commercial project in the “DUDEK” apartment building, located by the sea in Rowy.

The key element of our heating and cooling system is the Mitsubishi Electric heat pump cascade with an impressive power of 115 kW. This advanced technology not only ensures reliable heating of the entire building, but also provides hot water, regardless of the weather conditions. To ensure optimal cooling of the facility, we installed a VRF system with a total power of 120 kW.

We are sure that our technological solutions are perfectly adapted to the demanding seaside conditions, where high humidity and air salinity can pose a significant challenge. Thanks to the guarantee of operation of external devices even at extreme temperatures of up to -28°C and constant performance at -15°C, our heat pumps ensure reliability all year round.

Moreover, in each of the apartments we have installed elegant white wall units, controlled by a convenient wired remote control.

To ensure optimal performance of the entire system, we placed external units on the roof of the building, which constitute the heart of this advanced infrastructure. Additionally, our innovative heat pump system works in alternating mode, which translates into energy savings and reduced operating costs.
